A Spirit Wheel is a combination of Dreamcatcher with a MEDICINE Wheel overlay.
Like most other medicine wheels, the Navajo medicine wheel is round, which symbolizes the never ending circle of life; birth to death, sorrow and happiness, rich and poor, good and bad, balance & harmony. Inside of each circle are the four winds, the four directions, the four seasons and the times of day.
All are Navajo HANDCRAFTED from Natural leather, artificial sinew, bone hairpipe, horsehair, antique brass beads, duck feathers & antler center.
This Special Spirit Wheel is HANDCRAFTED by Navajo Artist Nathan Boyd ( born 1967) - originally from Shiprock New Mexico, now residing in Newcomb New Mexico.
